December Favorites:
My list of top 5 Falalala Favorites that are making my December merry and bright!

Top 5 (6) Falalala Favorites!

Product names and descriptions below:

(This list contains links to each products website. Simply click on the name of that product.)
  1. Makeup- Tarte Maneater Mascara (Current FAVE mascara!) I love the way it glides on my lashes, it doesn't clump, and doesn't run!
  2. Skincare-
    • Burt's Bees Herbal Complexion Stick with Tea Tree Oil This little stick is my go-to for quick treatment on stubborn pimples that pop up! It simply rolls onto your skin and I can immediately feel it healing right away! I typically apply this product at the first sight of a blemish and repeat every morning and night after cleansing my face. I've noticed quick results and the appearance of the blemish to diminish fast! (Within 1 day!)
    • Murad Clarifying Cleanser, Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisturizer, and Murad Essential-C Day Cream with SPF 30 I received these trial size products in an Ipsy Glam Bag recently. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first because I tend to stick to what I know and love. But I had a bad break out around that dreaded "time of the month" (which is when I almost always have a breakout) and decided to give it a try. I was amazed first at how the cleanser seemed so gentle while I washed my face. Then once I rinsed and patted dry, the amazing and clean feeling my face felt was even better! Topped it with the Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisturizer and my face just drank it up. I felt cleansed and moisturized and it felt like the cleanser was continuing to work even after the fact. The next morning, I applied the Essential-C cream with SPF 30 after using my favorite toner and once again my face felt refreshed and moisturized. My breakouts had calmed down too!
  3. Hair- Sexy Hair High Tide Texturizing Finishing Spray I cannot rave enough about this product. Over the summer, I decided to quit using hairspray due to the fact that it just made my hair stiff, clumped together, and nasty feeling. Plus when I sprayed...I sprayed a ton! I switched over to the texturizing spray by Sexy Hair because it was much lighter than hairspray and my hair was still able to move freely. Not to mention the smell is AH-Mazing! This is definitely my favorite hair product and the only thing I use after I finish styling my hair.
  4. Jewelry- Leather Earrings I have become such a fan of the leather earrings. One day while browsing through Amazon (my FAVE!), I came across leather earrings and decided to order some and give them a try. The best deal I found was a 16 pack of leather earrings in various colors and styles for only $14.98!!! (That's a good deal!) I placed the order but was a little skeptical about the quality since they were so cheap. When the earrings arrived in the mail, I WAS SHOOK! They were adorable and very good quality! I now have earrings to match every outfit and I love the look and style of each pair!
  5. Subscription- IPSY I can not rave enough about how much I love IPSY! The fact that I can try 5 products every month for the low price of 12 bucks per month really just makes me happy! Not to mention, despite being "trial-sized", the products tend to last me a while and IPSY somehow always sends me exactly what I need at the time! If I am running low on primer, it'll show up in my next glam bag. If I need bronzer, IPSY sends it! The last time I went out and bought mascara, I came home later to find that I really didn't need to because IPSY had sent me some as well! I don't know how they do it. But I am never disappointed with my glam bags. I've only had 2 items that I didn't really care for and it was Lipgloss. I ended up passing them along to my sister. The only thing I didn't like was the color. The beautiful part is that I logged into my IPSY account, reviewed the items in my bag(which also allowed me to rack up reward points towards extra items) and let IPSY know what I liked and what I just wasn't a fan of. Since then I have only received products that match my Beauty Preference Profile. (I keep my profile updated in case my tastes have changed)
